An average person’s life is around 700, 000 hours long.

If you see a clock nearby, notice that the time ticking away and with each tick that’s a precious moment of our lives passing away. This is not to scare you but make you realise that time waits for no no-one and the problem most people have is - they think they have time.

 

So, with limited time and with everything that is happening in the world right now - do we want to live a life which is plagued by dogma? Being unhappy? Feeling incomplete? Living in the past? Not feeling like you’re enough or not being able to be the best version of yourself? If the answer is no, and that’s why you are here, keep reading - because you don’t have to feel this way and I can help you be who you can be.

 

As I said, I believe everyone can benefit from seeking professional guidance from a coach. Some may think “I don’t need a coach” as we have colleagues, friends, partners or family members who can give great advice. If you have cheerleaders, that’s great. But coaching doesn’t mean you will get another cheerleader by your side.

No course or qualification can give you what life experiences can teach you. Therefore, most of my techniques incorporate my own life experiences. This is what I believe makes a big difference between a life coach and a great one. I am qualified as a Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and accredited as a Life Coach, but my real qualification is my life experiences. I have also used and studied the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is one of life's biggest mysteries. Very few people are fully aware of how much of an impact the Law of Attraction has on their day-to-day life. Whether we are doing it knowingly or unknowingly, every second of our existence, we are acting as human magnets sending out our thoughts and emotions and attracting back more of what we have put out. When we think positive we attract positive things to happen, likewise when we dwell on negative, more negative things come our way, how we think and feel attracts what we get in life.

 

The difference is coaches are not meant to be cheerleaders or “yes-people”. A coach’s job is to help people make big changes in their careers, mindset and lives without any bias. You wouldn’t ask your family member to teach you French (unless they were a French teacher or fluent in the language). So why would we expect our families, friends, and co-workers to help us achieve our unique life goals? If others cannot help you, you may end up judging them or yourself for that perceived failure, or even worse, give, or accept how you feel and stay in your comfort zone.

When we stay in our comfort zone, we inevitably become restless. We feel stuck and trapped by our past decisions or our current state of mine. We become dependent on others to make us happy, which is a recipe for disaster. It's not anyone else’s responsibility to make you happy, it is yours. My job is to push you to do that. I also want to make you realise how life is precious and we don’t have to merely exist.
